I was out shopping with the older gentlemen I check on for his family that lives overseas. We needed computer Christmas letterhead paper for his annual Christmas letter I am helping him with also needed the pretty envelopes to match the paper.
He wanted a Christmas wreath hook to hang on his door and as we walked pass all the Christmas decorations my eye went straight to the little 5 inch silver chandelier. I just had to have it LOL I have some hanging in the studio from my ceiling fans over my work tables. This one is 5 inches and was only $2.
I was up at one of my sisters house over the weekend ,the one who is cleaning out her house to move and she had a few little things she wanted to give me
We both like blue birds and she gave me this vintage postcard with the blue bird. I ask her are you going to give me the blue bird plates ? No was my answer LOL I thought I would try anyway LOL
Now I have got to get busy and get some Christmas decoration pictures to post it's not like I don't have any Christmas decor

Love that bluebird card and at least she knows where to send the plates when she finally tires of them. I haven't done a BIT of decorating yet....ReplyDelete
Oops I don't know what happened wasn't done...ReplyDelete
I was going to say that's the most inexpensive chandelier I've ever seen. Love it.
Cute little chandelier! And you know I like postcards! :)
That chandelier is just a gorgeous bit of bling. I LOVE it. Love your postcard, too. I don't know WHAT is wrong with your sister that she won't give you those plates! snicker- xo DianaReplyDelete
Love the chandy! The sparklier the better!ReplyDelete
You did good on your choices. Especially, the chandelier. Thanks for your visit and comment.ReplyDelete
So kind of you to help your friend... that's what really makes Christmas in my book. And your mini chandy is a great momento of your day doing sweetness for others. I love that darling bluebird postcard. I collect violet items and it caught my eye immediately!ReplyDelete
Stop by to see our Christmastime post... we'd love to have you come visit!!
