As I look around the studio at all my pretties I love all the faces I have collected and stuck in cubby holes around the room on shelves
I bought this little set of lamps first because the price was well a steal and they needed me to take them home to join in others that looked like them i am going to try and make them a lace shade
I am really trying to stop this but sometimes you just have to rescue something LOL right? tell me I'm right. First these little lamps are just so sweet, it's the couple thing going on with them so going to show a few more of my couples
I didn't realize I have so many Marie Antoinette couples
These are my newest power puff girls without their puffs, I will try and make them a pretty fluffy shirt
This couple is heavy and not sure if a marking on them
I got all of these mostly in boxes of left over things at auctions
I did buy this lady years ago and can't remember where I got her , she has a colbolt blue mark but I can't read it
here is all the power puff girls together I got one for $6.oo the other $8.00 and I know thats a good price
My old china doll heads they are the ones where they just have old linen for a body, look at those stitches on the left doll
I like this old advertising card it is 3 sisters
Another sisters card
and my little china baby I have taken her to the flea market twice and no body even looked at her ahhhhhhhh so she's staying home for good
this is an occupied japan couple
I love this art nouveau frame just look at the lady looking at the just married couple
My head lady with her wig & oh so pretty hat
I bought a small magnet and it came in this box
My old vintage wedding couple still in love
my latest little china baby isn't she pitiful? I bought her to use on a piece of repurposed jewelry she has already had a bath
I must run i'm late for something
xoxoxo

So many pretty faces! The figurines remind me a a favorite Aunt who always had these in her bedroom. Sweet memories.

Janice if you ever come through Centralia again come get me!! *winks* I love your kind of shoppin'! Poop! I wish I'd known ya then! And girlfriend if you find another boudoir doll bag like mine, come get me for that too! Lol! They're not easy to find these days. Did you pass on those baby cupids and the lady bust? And if so did you find any treasure to take home from the sale? Enquiring minds girlfriend *winks* Vanna
ReplyDeleteThese are so pretty!! I have a friend who has several of these types of collectibles in her home. They are so charming. Happy VTT!

ReplyDeleteWell Janice I'm anxiously awaiting that post *winks* You know how I come running when there's a lady bust involved....or cherubs! Lol! Too bad Richard and his friend didn't come. I hope you do get the chance to make it to his place. I'm so jealous of you living so close *winks* And I hope you sell tons at your flea market! Have a great weekend! Vanna
ReplyDeleteVery nice collection. I like the three sisters ad.
ReplyDeleteHow can you tell they are "Marie Antoinette" ?- they still have their heads. The sisters are cute (wonder how long it took to 'do' their hair?).
