Grandma's Flower Pot

Good morning Happy Pink Saturday. I went for a quick flea market mall type shopping with Gina late yesterday afternoon and found a McCoys flower pot just like my Grandma Baker had. She really liked McCoy flower pots and would buy them back in the 1980's.My youngest daughter wanted some flower pots for 2 herbs in her kitchen window and I think this will work. I still have my grandmother's down in the studio filled with something not plants probably buttons or jewelry.
I gave $14 for this flower pot and I have seen them for up to $40 each

I also found some vintage calendar plates that I collect. These are the first blue one I have purchased. I always looked for the pink ones.
They each have a different scene on them
See the years of the months ,this one 1974
I love the blue ones and when I seen the prices of $2.50 each I knew I would get them.

We have a new blogger here in Columbia Missouri from Colorado welcome Bernideen  who featured me over on her new post of Tea Time

  1. I've never seen that McCoy style. Very pretty. I used to collect matte white McCoy and have grouped them at the city house. Very pretty.
