Well really it is a garden building. I had it built to put my mowers in and yard items. However now I am looking at it as a play house.
First I am painting it all white it only has primer on it now. I can just see a chandelier in it and a white fuzzy rug.
Really I need to get the mowers in it so there won't be any white fuzzy rugs maybe a chandelier. I have one that I can hang in it.
This is the before picture of where I want it to set in my back yard
Durning the building , I know the man building it thought it was funny me out there with my camera. Sissy would have loved watching him and barking at the man.
This is before the roofing was put on
This is how it looks now. It just has primer on it and I am painting it white the entire thing 12x8
This is my old tin shed that was on my property when I bought it.
I am still using it to put flower pots and mulch in I am trying to decide if I want to tear it down
I know that is a shabby looking little building but I can make it look better. This is how it looked in the snow
I have some beautiful iris in my yard as I am sure lots of you have now
Yard sale pictures I have a lot of stuff finally in the garage and have called a few people to come over and dig through boxes hoping they find items they want to take home
A few little linens in a basket ready to go home with someone
I bought these once at an auction because they reminded me of my Grandmother and Mom getting home perms and I was always going to use them in an altered art project but that project has never happened so out they go.
This pressed glass rectangle bowl with salts and a juice squeezer in it
This is going on Craig's list I inherited it and do not want it any longer

ReplyDeleteSome cute little things, I like the old metal shed. you've decorated it nicely for Christmas. The new shed equally nice. we all want playhouses, but where will we store our garden tools? My shed is big enough to sleep a family of 6. hehe. Looking forward to seeing the completed shed. I am your newest follower hope you can drop on by my blog.
ReplyDeleteI love your new little house--what fun that will be to set up and garden around it--you'll have to keep us posted on your ideas. Love your treasures too--I've been downsizing and finding stuff I forgot I had (what's wrong with that picture!!) Have a great Mother's Day. Patty

ReplyDeleteThat’s a simple yet cute shed! Do you have any plans to add some flowering plants around it? You can also add some decorations on the door, like a welcome note or name of your shed. I’d love to see how it looks now. -> Roxie Magnus
