Cold Winters Day

Hi everybody

Just a quick update on what I have been up to with my local blog girlfriends.

Yesterday we went around to local shops here and there.Like local Kent's florist and a couple resale shops here in town. We had planned to go into St Louis however was to get freezing rain so I didn't want to be out on the interstate driving home in  with freezing rain so we stayed in town.



I am putting things out for Valentines already since I have been fininding things in drawers and boxes . I don't have all my things in one place which I am working on getting organized once more. I get it all organized then mess it all up again.

I think this little tree is a Nicole Sayre and i know the birds are Wendy Addison which I have loved her things for years. I am working on making a large glitter star like she put up a video once how to make them



  These little clip on feather and glitter birds I got yesterday at a shop in town where Christmas was 65% off, both birds were like $4.55
I got an adorable felt tree at another store for $3.90

This is a wonderful jug/pitcher i found at a resale shop $3.00 !!!!! i couldn't grab it up fast  enough
I think it's a gallon size marked made in Portugal





I'm going to head out to Dollar Tree to get a couple valentine things for friends

2019 Coming Soon

 It's hard to believe how fast time is going by. Or am I the only one who thinks this?

My family had such a fun Christmas Day, and hope your  family did also.

My friend made me some new headers and I am trying them out, these are pictures Bernideen took of my tree.The Stars I have hanging in the studio over some baby dresses on an antiques coat rack

Almost Christmas

Slap me if I pull out any more Christmas decorations LOL
I have so many and like them all there is no way to get them all out at once.

I use to have Christmas parties and decorated 5 trees LOL not any more, maybe when I fully retire I can get it all out again.

I hope you are ready for Christmas Day. I have already had one family Christmas party and ready for the next.

Bottle Brush Trees

These are from last year or year before however i'm learning a new computer system.I bought myself.

My son in law has helped show me how to use certain things like picture folders etc.

This little shoe is one of my favorites .

Well I need more practice because I can't get pictures posted I want posted.

 I need to take a break and go have me a bowl of blackberry cobbler with huge scoop of vanilla  ice cream. Then try again later or tomorrow LOL 

Updating

Excuse me while I practice on updating my header. I haven't changed my header since I first started blogging in August 2010

Pink Saturday

 Today is Pink Saturday at How Sweet The Sound that Beverly shares with us on Saturday's. Since I am trying to get my Christmas decorations in place had to snap a picture of one of my pink cardboard Bethany Lowe houses to share
